IWCC kicked off their first home game scrimmage with a win over College of Saint Mary. In the first period on a corner kick serviced from Shelbey Warren, freshman Chamea Palmer scored the opening goal and pushed the Reivers ahead one-nil off a flick-on from returner Bre Fosdick.

In the second period Fosdick received a brilliant through ball from Palmer resulting in a break away with CSM keeper. Fosdick capitalized and advanced the Reivers 2-nil. CSM answered to IWCC and scored off a cross.

In the third and final period the Reivers continued to apply quality pressure against the competitive CSM defense resulting in mulitple goal scoring opportunities but failed to finish in front of the net.
