The Sapphire Dance team is made up 16-20 student athletes who's season runs from August through March.

The Sapphire Dance team appears at all home football and men's basketball games. The Sapphires also perform at volleyball and women's basketball games. In addition The Sapphire Dance team supports all other sports at Iowa Western. Scholarships are available and will be awarded to members of the team. Scholarships are based on talent level and need. All scholarships are finalized during tryouts.
